This was my first time doing a meal prep service and thought it was great. Saves so much time shopping, cleaning and coming. All the meals were solid with really good flavor and they kept well. My ranking would probably be 1. Peruvian Spiced Salmon 2. Red lentils and chicken 3. Beef & Potatoes 4. Mexican Street Corn Mac. I liked that they include the macros on the label for you to see easily. It's healthy, simple, but delicious! And the delivery service was great, I live in an apartment building and they brought it all the way to my floor and left outside my door. Would highly recommend.

Meals by Chef Swole is an excellent and local meal service that offers a great variety of delicious, meal prepped foods. A macro service is also offered. Meals can then be tailored to your macros and can even be changed upon request! It is a great and local business that can compete with the online businesses very well. My only wish is that they offered a weekly option to satisfy my sweet tooth as well, otherwise I heavily enjoy the meals selections.

Just moved to the area and Meals by Chef Swole was the second meal prep service I tried. Meals are absolutely delicious and I love that everything is organic and local! They also have very prompt customer service if you have any questions.
I've ordered 3x now I believe and I would have to say the last delivery was the absolute best. I love Asian foods and he hit it out the park that week. Food taste: In other weeks, I've had to add my own sauces. I always order the deluxe portion for 20% more food because the regular size is too small for me. I cook and add more veggies because most prepared foods don't give me enough. The only thing I needed to add to these last meals were a pinch of salt, but this makes sense because the food is made for all types of people. Delivery: I love the fact that the food is delivered to my doorstep. They deliver on Sundays and seem to be providing service every other week now. There are 4 options available but you can adjust how many servings you want of each meal. Service: No issues and I get a prompt response each time.
This is my first time trying a meal delivery service. I am just about to start a major kitchen reno and didn't want to eat take out every single night, so I decided to give Chef Swole a try before the reno starts. I have to say, my husband and I are VERY pleased and have gone past our one week "trial run" and are now entering our third week. First, I feel like I spend wayyyy more money than this at Whole Foods every week, and only get a few meals out of it. Second, I am a working mom, and by the time I get home after being stuck in traffic, cooking is the last thing I want to do. Dinner is done, and I can spend more time with my daughter when I get home. Third, the food is really, really good. Ingredients are high quality and what I'd make at home if I had the time. Fourth, portions are awesome. We signed up for the deluxe, and I split my meal with my daughter (15 months old) and I am more than full. My husband is always full off of one meal too. Sometimes for lunch we will even split a container in half and be fine (and we get more meals out of it!)
